About Rita
Hpathy4You was established by Rita Buhrman. She has been in alternative medicine for over 20 years working with both naturopaths and conventional doctors. In that time, she owned her own business providing colon hydrotherapy with a focus on digestive health with the support of homeopathy.
A decade prior to that she discovered homeopathy in the dusty aisles of a small health food store when she was looking to put a first aid kit together for her children. She used it on herself, and resolved sinusitis, chronic kidney stones and thyroid nodules. She was sold.
In the decades that followed, she went even deeper into what this modality has to offer. It has been an integral part of her life and the lives of her children, grandchildren, friends, extended family and clients.
Rita is certified through Angelica Lemke’s school of Intuitive Homeopathy. Her focus has been on complex children with ASD, ADHD, OCD, PANS and PANDAS. This entailed 400 hours of study and clinical cases. In addition, she’s done two years of course work on the foundations of Integrative Human Chemistry with Ton Jansen. In addition, she has studied Banerji’s protocols, Practical Homeopathy, Jill Turland’s use of Mega Potencies and the New Materia Medica, remedies of an ever changing world with Colin Griffith over the last several years.
Rita’s passion and mission in life is to help people gain balance in body, mind and spirit so they can lead a life of purpose and well being. At Hpathy4You, she uses remedies to address deficiencies, toxins and traumas that are often at the root of many conditions. We believe that the body has an innate ability to balance itself when provided with gentle, natural support. Through a holistic individualized approach, she works with each patient to uncover the root causes of their health concerns and develop a customized treatment plan using the principles of homeopathy.

Book your no-obligation 20 minute discovery call: This is the initial meeting to discuss your challenges, and determine if Rita is the right practitioner for you. During this call, Rita will reveal how her approach to treatment can support your personalized health journey.
Complete intake form: If you’d like to proceed after the initial call with Rita, she will send you a comprehensive intake form to complete before your first appointment.
First appointment. Meet with Rita on zoom for your first appointment. (approximately 90 minutes), where she will address your concerns, intake form, health history, nutrition, lifestyle, supplements and medications. You will also discuss your goals while working together.
After the first appointment and all appointments thereafter, a personalized remedy schedule will be recommended. You will receive this via email 2-3 days after your appointment.
Follow-up appointments will be 30 minutes. If you feel you need more time, 45 minute and hour-long appointments can be booked.
